All IKONIQ watches come with a 14 Day REFUND Policy plus a 12 Month Warranty. We’re proud of our products and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If there are any issues, let us know via mailing straight away and we’ll look after you.

In the event of being unsatisfied with your purchase, and you would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund. We will take back your product(s) for a full refund or product exchange.

Please note you must send back the item(s) you wish to have refunded within 14 days of receiving it. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – still in the same new condition as you received your IKONIQ Watch. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be made. Kindly note that you will be subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. 

 IKONIQ Watch does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

The offer of any product(s) purchased during a campaign period will still be honoured should you wish to receive another item instead. Please contact us for further information, we’re happy to assist you.



We will be responsible for replacement if there are any product quality issues within 12 months of purchase. Our 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement*, case, crystal). Damage caused by accident or lack of care are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please e-mail and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Please write ‘Warranty Reclaim’ as subject of the e-mail so that our customer service team know this is a warranty related refund.

The warranty doesn’t cover standard wear and tear, the battery, the strap, loss or theft. IKONIQ won’t accept any warranty claim if the watch shows signs of excessive use or of misuse.
